We've been having a few problems with our payment handlers Paymate, their site was the victim of a Denial of Service attack, which is a fancy internet term for mean as hackers preventing their site from working and then demanding money to stop (nasty eh?). Don't worry though, our site wasn't compromised, there was just no way to pay us for a while, which obviously we were pretty keen to sort out. We're very sorry if you had any issues, but Paymate now assure us that their site is back up and running and they've taken extreme measures to make sure this doesn't reoccur.
On our side we were keen to make sure that there are as many options for payment as possible, so we've now added PayPal as another payment solution. It's dead easy to sign up for a PayPal account and you can use it to pay for millions (...maybe billions) of lovely things online without ever exposing your credit card number. You can also use PayPal to process a credit card transaction though if you wish.
Please don't hesitate to let us know if you have any questions about this.

Save the Date - Martin and Laura get married in 6 months!
Couple: Martin and Laura
Wedding: October 2010
Venue: UK
Theme: Kiss the Bride
You have sent out your Save the Date via Paperless Wedding. What was the feedback from your guests?
People really liked the save the dates. They loved the new way we did it.
Would you have planned to send Paper Save the Dates if you had not known about PW?I think we might have sent paper save the dates, or maybe fridge magnets. PW saved us money that I can now spend on other things.
You have just over six months to go, what was the most difficult thing to organise? The most difficult thing to organise has been chair covers (bizarrely!). The chairs in our venue are a strange shape, so we've had to hunt high and low to find a company that has covers to fit the chairs!
Do have any big important decisions to make?We haven't decided on our cake yet, so I guess that's quite an important decision...Martin's still to decide on his outfit too.
When did you find your dress?I found my dress on my first shopping trip! I had planned to just go and have a look with my Mum and my sister, but fell in love with the first dress I tried on! I then tried on loads more, but kept going back to that first one. I ordered it on the same day!
Do you have a theme? How many times has it changed or have you known all along? We're getting married in October, so we're hoping it'll be autumnal. We chose a burgundy colour scheme to fit in with that, and because it's one of my favourite colours.
How many guests are you planning to invite? We're going to have about 90 to the day, and an extra 60 or so in the evening. The guest list has been remarkably easy to decide upon...I think because we've both got quite laid back parents, so no one's making us invite great aunt Mary etc!
What has been the hardest decision so far?The honeymoon was quite tricky...we're used to going on budget holidays, so making the decision to spend a lot of money on a holiday was quite hard!
Any advice for other brides to be?Don't feel pressured by other people's ideas about what your wedding should be like and go with your instincts. There are so many possibilities and so many decisions to make that sometimes you just have to go with what feels right.
